How I work
I am a warm and approachable counsellor. I think it’s important that we build up a working relationship of trust and confidence.
I work in an integrative way. I see you as a unique individual and am led by you and your goals. What you bring is important and I’m interested in your story and how you feel about it. Whatever is important to you is important to me.
I use elements of person-centred, psychodynamic and narrative therapy as well many other modalities.
